Image Generation and Use Policy

Introduction

This application uses artificial intelligence technology to transform drawings into images with different visual styles. To ensure safe, legal, and ethical use of the system, the following usage policy is established. By using the image generation feature, the user expressly accepts these conditions.

Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to use the application to generate, request, or facilitate content that:

  • Contains extreme violence, gore, or graphic depictions of physical or psychological harm.
  • Includes explicit sexual content, nudity without artistic justification, or pornography.
  • Promotes hatred, violence, or harassment against individuals or groups based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or any other protected category.
  • Facilitates illegal activities or depicts criminal acts, drug use, underage drinking, or self-harm.
  • Reproduces public figures or real people in a misleading manner, including but not limited to deepfakes or political satire that may be misleading.
  • Attempt to circumvent these restrictions through coded language, ambiguities, intentional errors, or indirect instructions.

Detection of requests that violate these rules may result in blocking the generation, temporary or permanent loss of access to the functionality, and removal of associated content.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

The user should refrain from entering descriptions that seek to recreate works protected by copyright, trademarks, or elements with recognizable intellectual property. While the generated images are for personal use, the user assumes all responsibility for their distribution or subsequent use. The app does not grant commercial licenses to the generated images.

Monitoring and Enforcement

Requests are automatically monitored through filters and detection systems. In exceptional cases, they may be evaluated through human review. We reserve the right to suspend access to image generation without prior notice if a violation of this policy is detected.
